A nanoscale manipulation of piezoelectric response in single polymeric nanofibers was proposed. The sub-5 nm spatial resolution was realized in depicting the domain imaging. The out-of-plane nanodomains are strongly inhomogeneous and stronger on the fiber periphery. The d33 has an uneven distribution with the higher values on the fiber periphery.
