Metamorphic and peritectic garnets are recognized in the UHP granitic gneiss; The metamorphic garnet grew during the prograde subduction; The peritectic garnet was dissolution-recrystallized during the early exhumation. The last growth time for the two stages of garnet were constrained to be ~ 240 Ma and ~ 220 Ma. Melting structure and P-T pseudosection suggest partial melting during exhumation.
