A PDMS mold containing 1,2–dichloroethane (DCE) was used to fabricate TES-ADT crystal patterns with a single step. DCE in the PDMS mold was employed to induce crystallization of TES-ADT molecules. Etching efficiency and patterning resolution were found to be high enough for application in high-resolution patterning. The FETs with TES-ADT crystal patterns exhibited high performance, reaching a field-effect mobility of ∼0.3 cm2 V−1s−1.
