Thin LLZ-based hybrid electrolyte with about 3 μm thickness was prepared.

The LLZ-based hybrid electrolyte contained only 4 wt% gel polymer.

Conductivity of the LLZ-based hybrid electrolyte was comparable to that of the gel polymer.

12 V-class bipolar battery using the LLZ-based hybrid electrolyte operated at −40°C to 80°C.

Capacity retention at 60°C was 85 % after 200 cycles.
