A facile one step method of dispersion was used for the synthesis of the nanohybrid. The XRD patterns confirmed the formation of NiFe2O4/MWCNTs nanohybrid. SEM images showed the complete decoration of NiFe2O4 on MWCNTs. The dielectric properties were highly enhanced by the addition of MWCNTs in NiFe2O4. The Cole-Cole plot show grain boundary contribution decreases with MWCNTs concentration.
