Mo-V-O films were prepared by pulsed laser deposition on glass or ITO/glass. Thermochromic, photochromic, gasochromic and electrochromic effect was studied. Desirable multi-chromogenic behavior observed at certain vanadium oxide content. V:Mo ratio in Mo-V-O films is almost smaller than the ratio in target.
