Different extraction methods were used for the extraction of TPC from hydrolysate. TPC were effectively extracted using XAD-16 resin and solvent extraction. The antioxidant activity of the extract was comparable to that of the control. Strong significant correlations between TPC and antioxidant activities were observed.
