摘要

The value of the fusulines for stratigraphic correlation is now widely recognized. The structural complexity and rapid evolution of these large Foraminifera give them peculiar possibilities as zone fossils, and their wide distribution-and great numerical abundance insure their practical value either in the study of outcrops or in that of well cuttings.
