line-level: 2" class=MsoNormal>Metallgenoic events and their responses to structures in the Qinling, Qilian and Kunlun Mountains are understood using comprehensive contrastive study along with field investigation. The geological comparison of crystalline basement between Longshoushan Group hosting the Jinchuan deposit and Hualong Group in the centre of the Hualong dome-like massif, in combination with geophysical and other geological data, suggests that the Hualong Group has the similar preferential geological conditions as the Longshoushan dome at which the Jinchang deposit is located. Therefore, it is suggested that Hualong has good Ni-Cu metallogenic conditions and prospecting potentialities and Cu-Ni deposits developed in this massif is likely the product of the same large tectonic magmatism.
