Coal (rock) has rheological property, creep is the main form, the mechanical properties of rock with water significantly changed, it is an important factor of water affected creep properties of rock. Based on equivalent continuum model and rheology of coal (rock) theory, the authors establishes the rheological model, the equations of the corresponding directly coupled overall control equation, and applied to solve coal (rock) slope long-term stability.
