Based on the deep understanding of the basic connotation and character of land subsidence, this paper analyzes the workflow and corresponding evaluation index system on land subsidence risk evaluation. Based on the results of the risk evaluation combines both the risk management and the main body of control land subsidence, giving the Control Schemes of Land Subsidence during the twelfth five-year plan in Shanghai City.
