///In this paper, the authors establish the mathematic model in Cu testing of soil sample with ICP-AES method, have an analysis of the cause of uncertainty, quantified the uncertainty component and composited the standard uncertainty. According to the multiplication of extension factor 2, the extension uncertainty of measurement is obtained.
