Qixia-Yashan area is located at the east of the oft-com:office:smarttags" />North China platform. The geochemical studies about the porphyritic granodiorites in this area show that the rocks belong to calc-akaline and metalumious series. Through the analysis of structural factors the genesis of Yashan granodiorite is that subduction of Pacific plate to Eurasian plate causes mantle plume activity, which produces mantle diapir and crust partial melting, then form crust-mantle magma, and the future invasion form the granodiorite.
