///A tungsten deposit in Toksun county is located at south of suture zone between Tarim Plate and Junggar Plate,in Saaerming-Kumux Late Paleozoic trench-arc zone.This paper analyzes the genesis of the deposit based on the study of the regional metallogenic conditions and geological characteristics of the deposit.The results show that the main cause of deposit is skarn-type tungsten deposit.The deposit is the product of a magmatic hydrothermal filling in the contact zone.
