摘要
With long-term continuous consumption by production, the reserve of the Wulaga gold deposit, which has been a large-scale mine, is nearly to exhaust completely. Hence it is urgent to look for some new blind ore bodies at depth deep and surrounding areas of this district. However, due to the later formation of Tertiary tuff covering over the deposit, prospecting effect by general geochemical methods is poor. Based on the features that hydrocarbon has the higher volatile, big migration distance, easier to penetrate thick cap rock and form anomalies on the surface, the hydrocarbon measurement method has been used to forecast the mineralization in this area. According to analysis to the background characteristics of hydrocarbon gases in the area, the correspondence between hydrocarbon components and the known ore bodies in space, the zone subdivision and space-time structural characteristics of anomalies, combined with geological and structural features, this work has evaluated the mineralization potential and outlined some valuable ore prospecting target areas in the region.
