摘要
Based on the data from the investigation of coast morphodynamics in Quanzhou, the erosion status of Quanzhou beach is studied. Among them 32 sand beaches were studies with photos and descriptions of erosion status and 7 beaches were chosen for profile investigation and sediment analysis. It shows that the cape-bay coast and barrier-lagoon coast are the major types of Quanzhou sandy beach. Accordingly, the littoral sand transportation, balance profile and morphodynamics are all results of the present status of cost erosion in Quanzhou. It is concluded that besides global sea level rising and super disaster, human exploration has greatly accelerated the coast erosion in Quanzhou, especially, the sand evacuation on the beach.
