摘要
For ray tracing in 2D complex media, the model parameterization system is proposed to describe the boundaries and the velocity distributions for complicated geological structure precisely. Based upon the charac- teristics of the velocity distribution within a layer or block, the system can save computational memory and speed up the calculation by local griding method. The ray tracing method not only can deal with the reflection and diving waves but also can calculate the head wave for concerned boundary by weak refraction.
