The authors make the synthetic seismograms from field outcrop data and references to the drilling and well-logging data of the adjacent area. The synthetic seismograms can be applied to identify seismic horizon, thereby the relation between geological data and seismic data was established in Kuh-e-Gugird anticline of Garmsar block. Compared the results with the marking horizons of adjacent area based on conventional synthetic seismograms, the two results were able to reach agreement. This method is useful to the seismic interpretation of the new area which lacks drilling and logging data.
