SIZE: 14pt; mso-font-kerning: 0pt" lang=EN-US>The Daanzhai Member in central Sichuan is a typical carbonate reservoir.  A forward modeling shows that amplitude-frequency is related to stratigraphic thickness.  Distribution of oil and gas may be characterized by amplitude-frequency.  The application to the Daanzhai Member indicates that amplitude attribute may be used for predicting reservoir thickness and distribution of oil and gas.
