Through geology investigating and evaluating the Ganjing slope (mainly by drilling), the authors have systematic knowledge about the physical mechanical properties and the stabilities of the slope slide: 1) the main component of the landslide is silty clay add detritus and rubbles; 2) the latent slip band is all formed with silty clay; 3) the physics mechanics property of the landslide body and the slip band soil were listed in tables; 4) systematically analyzed the influence factors of landslide body; 5) adopt to deliver the coefficient method and divide various work conditions to calculate the stability coefficient and buck force; and 6) the conclusion is: the natural state, the landslide body stability coefficient is 1.35, is in the stable state; under the condition of the continuous high strength rain, and the water level up to 175 meters, the landslide body stability coefficient is 1.01~1.05, the landslide is not stable enough.
