Based on the characteristic of dual porosity texture, drilling core analytical data, testing and well logging data, a calculating model for reservoir parameters suitable for marine carbonates evaluation in the northeastern State w:st="on">Sichuan and adjacent area was established. Evaluation criteria were proposed after the determination of inferior limit for reservoir. According to the test data and well logging data, the minimum effective thickness was identified. The results showed that the inferior limit for porosity is 1.6%, for fracture porosity was 0.05% and for saturation is 50% for the marine carbonate reservoir. Based on the research, the standardization of geologic parameter for the marine carbonate reservoir and the geologic scale for reservoir evaluation were achieved, which provided more reliable data for evaluating the description and distribution of reservoir parameter and creating the 3-D data volume for the reservoir of the Tongnanba structural belt in Northeastern Sichuan.
