Niudong Carboniferous volcanic reservoir was the first volcanic reservoir discovered in Turpan-Hami oilfield. The rock is complex, so accurate identification of lithology is particularly important to the reservoir identification. Based on the response characteristics of logging, this paper established the identification model of Niudong volcanic rocks by three steps, with combination of coring and logging data, which have achieved good results.
