The Liaodong Peninsula is an important economic developed area, and occupies an important position in GDP of Liaoning Province. The paper through the conditions of geological environment in Liaodong Peninsula, research the geological environment problems of Liaodong Peninsula which is happened by different areas and different engineering activity, and analyzes the problems of development regularities and characteristics. And then proposes four of the corresponding countermeasures.
