This paper comprehensively evaluates the reservoir using the gray theory. On the basis of the previous studies the content of cement and sand to formation parameters are added. Then, taking the 2nd Member of Dalazi Formation iu Yanji Basin as an example, a comprehensive quautitative evaluation of reservoir is conducted. The results shows that in the study area, Class Ⅱ and Class Ⅲ reservoirs develop. In them, Class Ⅱ reservoirs are good reservoirs, which account for 53% of the total numbers of sedimentary units and mainly locate in Chaoyaugchuang Depression. Class Ⅲ reservoirs are relatively poor reservoirs in this area, which account for 47% of the total numbers of sedimentary units and mainly locate in Qingchagum-Dexin Depression.
