The stability analysis method for the unstable block rock mass sliding along with the single structure surface or the double structure surface was discussed. And there were randomness, fuzziness and interval feature with the mechanical parameters of block rock mass. So the triangular fuzzy numbers were used to express shear strength parameters of the rock mass structure surface. Then the functions for the reliability analysis were established. The fuzzy possibilistic reliability analysis method was used to analyze the function and the fuzzy possibilistic reliability analysis method for block rock mass stability was proposed based on the study of the reliability index solving method. The computation and analysis of the practical engineering demonstrated the rationality and feasibility of the model and the method in this paper.
